The “Mini-Suite” is our smallest apartment, suitable for one or two people. The apartment is 35 m2 and consists of a room, bathroom and a terrace with a magnificent view of the opposite mountains, the lower valley and to the sea.
The “Mini-Suite” was completely renovated by the end of 2022 and equipped with every comfort. It is perfect for teleworking, as it has a large desk and fast fiber optic Wi-Fi (300 mBit). However, the monitor shown on a photo is no longer in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used as heating.
Access to the building is via a staircase from the street (about 100 steps), and then via the wellness terrace to the apartment.
The wellness terrace can be used once a week free of charge (sauna, Jacuzzi by appointment). In winter from November to March, the use of the sauna is possible on two days a week free of charge. Details on how to use the wellness terrace can be found in our app, which you will receive after booking.
The apartment has a beautiful terrace with a large table, chairs and a deckchair made of solid wood with comfortable footing. Please note that access to the rear apartment is via the terrace; apart from that, the terrace is for your private use. With an electric awning you can regulate whether you prefer to be in the shade or in the sun. The orientation of the terrace is south / southeast.
Space-optimized, the apartment has a folding table as a dining table (in case you do not want to eat outside) and a comfortable sofa bed, which is 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m long. The indirect lighting in the ceiling allows an atmospheric illumination of the apartment.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with hobs (induction), oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine (system „Dolce Gusto“), toaster, juicer and much more.
The bathroom also has additional indirect lighting. It is equipped with a glass shower cabin, washbasin, mirror, toilet and bidet shower. Laundry can be washed by us for a small fee. This is particularly convenient if you stay with us for a longer period of time.

The “Mini-Suite” apartment is located right next to the wellness terrace. This is operated once a week (in summer) or twice a week (from November to March), and can then be used free of charge.
Access to the rear apartment is via the terrace of the "Mini Suite". Apart from this, the terrace of the mini suite is private.
This apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility as access from the street is via a staircase with around 100 steps. You will be rewarded for this effort with a fantastic view of the mountains, the lower valley and the sea (on a clear day as far as the neighboring island of El Hierro).
The building is called "La Galeria" and is located in the traditional district of "La Calera". Many locals also live here. The houses nestle on the mountain slope. Small alleys and many stairs lead to the individual houses. Two small supermarkets are nearby (about 200 meters walk). There are also a few restaurants here, such as “El Mirador” (70 m away) or “La Orichidea” with a fantastic view of the sunset (about 250 m away). The three beaches are about 15 minutes walk away, and all parts of the lower Valle Gran Rey are also easily accessible on foot.

The central bus station is about 400 metres away. From here there are regular bus services to San Sebastian with various stops in the mountains, to Vallehermoso in the north of the island and to the small airport in the south (2 daily flights to Tenerife North and occasional flights to Gran Canaria with the company "Binter Canarias").
